I always do this with my cheesecake: When the cake is done, slightly open the oven door and leave it inside for 20-30 minutes. This gradual cooling helps prevent cracks on the top. 😊
Thanks for the advice! I normally cover the top with baking paper and it comes out smooth. But I forgot today, was rushing around.
