The moment they decided what each country should produce, it was over! Central planning like the soviets or Chinese! And they called Free Market! 😂

Long time ago! They paid farmers in the Azores not to produce milk for example! One between many! Central Europe remained the center of agricultural production so if you live there you almost don’t notice but they subsidized some countries to produce and others not to produce the same product! Does that even make any sense unless you want full control?
