what's your preferred salt? I'm now between Celtic grey sea salt and Himalayan pink sea salt . I did not realise Kosher salt is as bad as Table salt.

(random info : himalayan pink sea salt is harvested from the foot of the Himalayan mountain that extends to Pakistan which is a dried up sea)

I've used this for a long time, and only recently switched to Celtic because of the trace mineral content. I still use this for cooking, while Celtic is for the water

“Celtic salt has a much higher trace mineral content (17.5%) than Himalayan salt (4.1%). Many naturalists recommend Celtic salt.”

and also the no. of trace minerals content is closest to sea water i believe
