I have my butcher add beef heart and liver to the hamburger I purchase from him. Locally sourced Red and Black Angus with15% fat content to help absorb the fat soluble vitamins/nutrients in the liver and heart. My kids don’t even notice. Not for everyone but works in our house. 😋

Organs are the healthiest part. NGL I love steak more than anyone but I can't bring myself to eat nose to tail.

Grinding them into the ground beef def helps.

Prob the best way to conceal them.

I agree…tough on its own. You can get desecrated organs if that makes it more palatable.

Many years ago my Irish father in law introduced me to black pudding by telling me it was “pigs blood and porridge oats.”
