I really like going for walks or drives with just my thoughts! Always something interesting and motivating comes up ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’ช

Don't do this. It doesn't help and it really sucks. Get out a pen and write all them thoughts down. Get that shit out.

Writing is definitely the thing to do when you're overwhelmed by thoughts.

Get out on a motorbike on the road. Something that gives you mad focus. Block that shit out fur a while .

But walks are prime for podcast time!

Ditch the thoughts too.
