I’d add cold exposure/oscillating between hot & cold as well as long periods of silence exploring in remote nature.

I’ve experienced the “runner’s high” a few times, but one in particular, years ago, was one of the most psychedelic and euphoric experiences of my life.

It wasn’t a particularly long run, maybe 2-3 miles at most, however at the end I started to increasingly sprint up a moderate incline, finishing off flat at the top. Then it hit. Everything around me was pulsing, I breathed in the warm air that early fall evening, looked up at the stars and I felt tied to the cosmos and one with everything.

Trippy jog! I had it a bit after uphill sprints once. Sounds something worth exploring there w inclines / sprint…

Yeah, wish I could remember if I had a completely empty stomach at the time as well.

Same I think. Was early am. So not a lot of other stuff in the brain as well.

Food is drug

Can be. There is a chemical (and mechanical) process with both eating and breathing. Seems a necessity for the meat suits.
