You could always run your own instance of Nostrudel with a web extention and onboard them to your node that runs LNbits.

I've found using Coinos as the starting point works well. Account activated in seconds including nsec for NOSTR.
Copy Nsec from Coinos into Nostr client of choice.
Update Nostr profile add newly created @coinos. io lightning address and you're set.
What I was really onboarding him onto was Habla.News. Does that help with the Alby portion?
not really. Alby is another animal.
NWC is likely where the bridge will occur. I believe there is some cool Dev in this regard. Keep an eye on Damas (TestFlight) c/w Coinos, it looks like JB55 might be trying to tackle this.

I’d say the biggest was the alby extension configuration.
Having to configure the Nostr and Wallet from both Alby and CoinOs.
I could speed that up but it’s a lot of bouncing around for a first timer

Last I remember Alby signup process was kind of tedious. Nostr signer extension in chrome is easy.
Does it have NWC?
Like if I sign into zap.stream with Alby I can zap from coinOS
