We live in a time of total info overload. Most people, myself included, often feel tired and deflated trying to understand what’s going on in the markets, geo politics, AI etc. etc. I would love to have one podcast and one to two reading sources daily which give me enough intellectual nourishment to operate like a pro without feeling like a mental patient. Any thoughts?

Every source has it's angle, you need multiple conflicting sources to get a sense of what's happening.
AI might be the best resource for that. For myself, having discussions with LLMs has been the best way to minimize the noise.
Have just recently arrived at the same conclusion. AI is my telescope that I use to view the lay of the land, except the telescope is alive (metaphorically speaking!)
Globalresearch.ca got a little of everything from all points of view.
I only trust .gov sites.
I guess people are trying to find the easy solution for life for thousands of years. We have to come to terms with the fact we live in a floating rock in space and there are no shortcuts 🤷♀️
This to say I feel the same 🤣
