Thanks, it was my first attempt doing a brisket like that. Definitely easier than using my Weber as a smoker. A real smoker is on my list though.

First up I need an entry level smoker to practice with. Was looking at an electric one that you can control the heat level with, but Iā€™m sure charcoal is cheaper and will have better taste.
