Hi nostr, checking in for the evening, after a good day of getting some stuff done. Finished cleaning house, then I did some watering of trees. We havent had much rain this fall so far, hopefully that will change. My friend that lives in Austin and had the shootings in her neighborhood will be stopping to sleep at our bnb tonite. She had a meeting near Houston and doesnt feel safe getting a room in Houston, so she's driving here to sleep, then driving home to Austin in the morning. She got pretty spooked during the shooting incident. There are lots of crazy people around these days. But its been a great day here on the homestead, and we're ready to settle in for the evening.
