Your point 2 is technically true, but then it is also true that Central Banks are technically separate from governments.

The point I was primarily making with regards to separating the law from government, is stopping the government creating laws, just as are trying to stop them creating money.

i.e. the government should be the "public servant" it claims to be and simply do the country wide admin we are uninclined to do ourselves.

I think the point is that the law as it should exist exists without government. Just as the laws of physics do.

If there is a government then they should exist only to protect and defend the rights inherent to each individual and from this defence of property rights "law" will follow.
