yea so basically you are intermitting fasting from previous night to mid day/afternoon with only drinking coffee without sugar ,so without spiking your insulin levels, which is extremely good for you.

I'm just not that hungry until like 2pm. Then the first meal has to be light because I get sluggish and slower/dumber with work

I drink coffee pushing my small breakfast to the afternoon and a large meal in the evening.

I run on water and 1-2 cups of coffee, until about 2pm when I eat breakfast. I'll have dinner around 7pm, then I'm done until the next day.
