15 days without coffee. Half the way of the experiment.
Nothing more to declare, still pretty easy (almost slipped by reflex one morning so I decided to put the coffee out of the kitchen).
This week :
* 25 min of basketball
* 15-20 min of grounding while reading a book
=> 5 times (was raining hard the other 2 days).
Also (since 2-3 days) i'm working at least 2 hours on a stand up desk instead of sitting all day long. Goal is to increase time little by little and alternate both (sitting 2h, standing 2h, sitting 2h, etc.)
