Nowadays yes, it used to be cycling but then I moved to a very flat country 😂 I was supposed to run nyc marathon last year but I snapped a ligament in my ankle just 6 weeks before… so trying again this year 👍 what’s your go-to sport?

Well, nothing „competitive“ for me. Just trying to get better then yesterday.

I do a mix of weights training 🏋️‍♂️ and Cardio (steady-state + Sprints recently)

More for my overall physique, longevity and health 🙏🏽
