The Nostr clients that are building now have the first-mover advantage. It's going to be hard to catch them up in the future as long as they keep innovating

More like they are forming now some kind of standard of UI/UX for the protocol.

If people will get used to it, it will be hard for others to come to push some innovation/change of well known mechanics.

New entrants will have to come up with something different that the incumbents can’t build themselves.

Like Facebook who h basically stole all its features from new social platforms. They even copied the timeline from Twitter.

Big time advantage. Corners will be cut to catch up. Beware.
