Production in front is also good because it showcases what you are doing, invites people in. With the caveat that production has to be both well-organized (beautiful to look at) and top notch quality produce.
Fiat world is typically the opposite, trying to hide the short cuts and low-quality aspects from view and put up a fancy veneer in front. 🙈
