Ron Paul was the last real, authentic national political figure. Everyone, even those I'd call the "good guys" have flip flopped (MAYBE not Masse-ill reserve judgement on him) to on degree or another. Ron never felt like he was giving you a line of BS. Even Rand Paul and Ramiswami have good ideas but they dont always feel genuine when they talk.. its too slimy. Ron talked like he was that friend your dad had for 40 years and you called him "uncle" and was trying to to give you life advice and didn't hold back. Gave it to you straight, and always sincere. Anyway I don't think we will have another like him. He was like the political Lorax of the US. The degeneracy of society and the nature of the State in general has whittled down those willing to participate to now only those who will capitulate.
