I had a meeting this morning with a potential client who lives in a high rise condo in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. I was referred by a current client so I figured I’d give it a go.

This condo has a car elevator the residents can drive into and park their vehicles in the unit on whatever floor.

I’ve toured one of the condos in the past when it was empty and unfurnished. Today, I saw a RR Phantom and RR Cullinan parked next to each other with a view from the 40th+ floor. It was insane.

It was all so ridiculous.. and all from crypto money, apparently. Sadly this guy has a no taste based on the cars he’d mentioned for me to procure. I said no to his request. He can get it from a dealer down the street. He doesn’t need me.
