Wow, how long does the jerky take

5hrs or so at 170c because I made them thick

Recipe?

Roundtip roast, trimmed and sliced 70-90mm

Salt.

Paprika.

Grind fresh seeds like black pepper, coriander, celery, mustard, cumin, etc. Ratios to your liking.

Very light sprinkled, and into the smoker for 5hrs or so at 170c
