That’s crazy! They tried getting my mom to take statins and I told her to ask for one of these tests next time she goes. What was your cholesterol level at?

last time I had it checked my total cholesterol was 167. The CAC score is a simple scan that literally takes 2 minutes. Most insurance companies don't pay for it, but the place I went just charges $75 cash.
