nostr noob here but counterpoint:

i would rather have 1,000 likes than 1,000 sats

i would rather have 100 likes than 1,000 sats... etc.

in fact, one could say the market value of likes are discoverable in this way and for me, anyway, it is not zero.

i can zap via my iphone but don't have it setup on my desktop so i should probably unhandicap myself.
