Matured tech companies take months to conduct surveys and interviews, put together designs, product requirements, implement A/B testing frameworks, gather data analytics. We do it live and get immediate feedback because we’re moving so fast!
As a designer, I can attest that pushing a new build and having countless people ask the same question is a clear indication of a bad design.
