Are there any efforts to form a completely autonomous global network for all bitcoin nodes to interconnect on? A network that isn't reliant upon the existing internet infrastructure, which (I'm told) is vulnerable to bad state actors as well as EMPs and solar flares?🤔🧐❓
With all that's at stake in the security of the bitcoin network, I'd imagine someone besides me would be thinking about this... Unless, that is, rumors of the weaknesses in and risks to the internet itself are completely overblown?🤔🧐😮 #asknostr
