When you’re poor they mock you.
When you’re rich they resent you.
Maybe it’s time to stop worrying about what they think.

I was just trying to coach my daughter into not caring what other people think a couple days ago. She’s so worried about what other people think. I told her that she’s worried about what they think but they’re not likely thinking bad things about her at all.

Every massively embarrassing mistake I made in my life was from forgetting how easy and amazing it is to prioritize peace before reacting. There wasn’t one time I sounded smart or did the right thing from reacting.
If I only changed that one bad habit I’d have bought the NY Knicks already. I don’t like the Knick’s or basketball. I just would have been able to do it to spite Jason Calacannis.
This is why I like bitcoiners, we tend to not be a part of "them", in this scenario.
