Maybe we should just take over Ukraine while we’re at it. It’s a terrible place to live, so much destruction. The neighboring countries will be glad to accept to those people, absolutely excited to help.

It's all just one big, self-serving real estate deal. The US will own it, and put up some nice condos and beachfront properties, and we'll just ship all the legal residents off to some other country where they can start over and stop fighting for their rights.
It’d be funny, if it wasn’t so horrible. I’m not sure why anyone’s surprised? America has a long history of reducing people to rumble, and then building casinos, resorts, and ferris wheels.
And the Chinese leadership just sits back sipping their tea smiling. The longer the US remains bogged down the the Middle East and Europe the better. That would be Beijing’s thinking.
