Newpipe on Android and yt-dlp from the command line on desktop. But there's some IP banning right now so ymmv. Setting your VPN to a different country may work.

You can get newpipe on GitHub. Download the apk from the release page and install it. You may need to allow unknown sources during the install. Then Newpipe will check for updates itself.
