i was on a cooking book binge awhile ago. i learned a lot from a book called "ratio" (ruhlman) which i have saved as an epub on my phone along with others from libgen.
instead of looking up recipes from search engines which are almost always terrible slop, i search the book(s) instead and keep digital bookmarks 🤓
I have never understood how EVERY recipe site is such a malignant cancer
I never really used SEO... I just have a paragraph to introduce the recipe ...
then get on with the ingredients and process.
I have no idea if anyone even finds my website... 😂
