Day 1 of ensuring I drink 100 oz (3L) of water per day. I finished the day's allotment before it was even dinner time, no problem.
One positive side effect: I felt full all day, so no desire for snacks. I suspect I may get a free caloric intake reduction at this rate.
Intermittent fasting forever. Most bang for the buck.

Hard dry fasting is the most bang for the buck :) Did 4 days. Don’t try this at home.
