I cook Asian dishes with sesame oil (seeds! Boo! Hiss!), but olive for almost everything else.

Oooohhh.... That's right. I do use sesame oil in small quantities in some Asian dishes that call for it specifically because of its flavor. But I don't cook Asian more than twice a year.
