Yeah he's in a starring role, which he was a perfect choice for. This actually came out a year after Blue Velvet.
I loved this movie! I saw it again a few years ago, and wasn't disappointed. It even has a Babylon 5 actress in it. 😜

I was expecting a b-movie but it was really well done. Good car chases & lots of squibs. It oozes 80's vibes, the soundtrack made me think of the original Terminator a little bit.
I was also happy to see Claudia Christian! A small part, but she's good in a sexy action role!
