You might be doing it wrong. If you try to chase it, it will keep running away.
Currently wavering between focus and checking Nostr.
Nostr is funny like that. It’s much cleaner and organic. It feels like eating good organic food. But you still have to not overeat.

I recently came to the same conclusion but then suddenly saw this table:
Its from this book. Makes sense to me when I had perfect focus coding at 7am today, but struggled too much yesterday afternoon to focus even a little
It’s only hard if you’re focusing on the wrong thing.
