Wondering what spam preventing techniques we’re going to come up with for this one

Gonna be a tricky problem

Probably rate limit, muting, maybe adding some small pow or something

Harder to rate limit and mute ephemeral identities

Maybe hide identical messages too.

I’m sure spammers find a way around our schemes and we can come up with more :)
