Last night I stumbled across this beautiful plant. I was curious as to what it is so I did a quick search online and discovered it’s comfrey! This is growing right in the backyard. This year I’m excited to dive deep into learning how to make extracts, salves and tinctures! I welcome being pointed in the right direction towards any resources on the topic! 😊

I watched a video about this plant and currently searching it in my area! In Germany it’s called „Beinwell“ ;)☘️ you can use the roots too to make salves

Beinwell… “being well” I like it!! I watched a video which explained the roots are good to harvest in the fall and the leaves are best in the spring and summer with the smaller leaves being the most potent.
