US Citizens just got one less option for their LN wallet, courtesy of the land of the free.

Nobody got rug by WoS. Existing users in the US can still open the app and send fund to another wallet. Even users who doesn't have the app installed can find a way to restore their account by installing the apk on an Android device or from the app store in another country and withdraw. Only the ones that didn't create an account with their email and got the app uninstalled, by mistake or by the shitty uninstall update behavior of Apple, are possibly rekt.

I'm wondering what WoS will do in the end with all the non moving sats for wallet without email. They have no way to know if the user still has access to the app but didn't open it or if they lost access to it.

It is discouraging how prominent developers spread fud and misinformation without checking first… if your allegations are serious, attach proof

WoS hasn’t rugged last I checked. Apple and Google rugged their US users by cucking their app stores.

The possibility of WoS rugging is still there nonetheless
