Nothing wakes you up faster than a the sheer panic of your computer not booting because it says it can't find your harddrives.
I guess my BIOS battery is dead because when my computer ran out of battery last night it also reset the BIOS into UEFI mode and I boot via legacy boot.
Like yes, I have backups, but I have a client deadline on Friday and your computer shitting out on you as not how you meet a deadline.

I'm laughing at myself now but for a couple of moments there I was severely worried.

I use Proxmox and a cluster of 3 old laptops; I dodged many hours of recovery, and I sleep very well at night 😉
