I was really grateful having someone help me along who has been using Linux for a long time. There are lots of really detailed step by step guides available and I think I could have done it myself but it would have taken a lot longer as I would have been constantly having to stop and learn what each step means. I’m using Mint Cinnamon and it feels just like windows but unbelievably cleaner, quicker and more intuitive.
