I noticed some of these cash transfer services are starting to force users to explain what they’re sending money for. Like you can’t just send money to your friend anymore, you have to tell them that it’s for lunch.

Hate their success? Wouldn’t it be smarter to figure out which of the things they did right can be repliacted in this space?
