Damn so when honey crystallizes soaking the jar in hot water is kinda bad if its really hot water.

Well, that depends, just heat it slightly no need to heat above 85F??
I guess but ive never done a temp check. Ill have to now.
I was thinking its probably a good idea to get a temp controlled hot plate to decrystalize honey when needed.
