What nodes are bridging connections? My node can't even talk with the big nodes right

I don't know, but you might need to diversify your peers or channel partners. Add some peers and see if your reachability improves.

Is there an easy way to do this? Is there a way to find peers that will offer paths?

I like nostr:npub17tlh448s3tfdfgymehqdkdn52as59qsrax0n9h58pk54wcmqyc2qklzsxj You can find nodes that are both tor and clearnet capable. Check out their stats and connect to peer's accordingly, maybe even open a channel or two.
