"Too many machines. Not enough people" so my suggestion may be odd but have you entered the text into chatgpt or similar and ask for alternative text to make it more appealing to xxxxx type of person?
Who is your target audience? I think this is something that is most likely to appeal to older people, and they’re likely to be suspicious about letting a stranger into their house.
“I am an expert” is very arrogant in BrEng but may work in Norway.
“Too many machines, not enough people” is also glib.
I’d say something more like “I’m good with technology and can help you with computers, printers and TVs in exchange for a cup of tea and a chat: I spend most of my time around machines, but I like to meet people and hear about their lives”. But, again, that’s a UK filter.
I'm in USA, and when I read this online (after going through your feed), it seems like a sincere offer and you come across as honest.
I could be your target market -- over 50, but under 100. Not sure if age makes a difference. Some people just don't like messing around with computers and would welcome free help.
If I saw this poster in a cafe, I would ask around and verify if anyone knew you. I would need verify that you're capable, honest and trustworthy. I wouldn't invite a stranger to my home or to work on my computer.
It may be helpful to provide a website link with some references or reviews. You could set up a free business account on yelp or maybe LinkedIn (or whatever Norwegians use for reviews) and ask for professional references. As you help people, you can ask them to provide a review and build your reputation --
Along those lines....
For many months, I've been procrastinating on upgrading my memory and OS ....and swapping out the hard drive (for an SSD)... so I would be open to your free tech help.
