This is why I keep saying that we have a lot of work to do at Bitcoin conferences. If you understand one and not the other, then maybe you're in Bitcoin for different reasons than you think.

Well said!

I’ll be bringing my Zap Me pin to Nashville.

This is the way.

Yeah well a lot of OGs/prominent “bitcoiners” know quite well what nostr is all about. They can’t get off the Elon teet, because they’ll lose all their bot followers. Many of whom are well respected contributors.

It's actually very sad.

Seriously. 😔

That’s true. But a lot of Bitcoiners still use Fiat.

We are in a transition. It will happen.

Slowly, then suddenly.

On the one hand, sure, but I’m sympathetic to anyone beginning on Bitcoin and never making it to Nostr. At a certain point, anyone has to focus on what’s most important, and for many, a purist approach to computers, technology, hardware, software, news, etc. will become a waste of THEIR time. I’d rather have a regenerative farmer or rancher focused on growing good food than learning about the latest open source software Next Big Thing(tm).

If you can use Twitter, you can use Damus or Primal.

I use them both!

That's what filters are for
