Yeah, I'd do a scheduler or a Jenkins, like this. Set all of the events up, with a script, and then have the scheduler (Windows has one, too) or the Jenkins sign and publish one, every day.

You could use our Jenkins or scheduler for this, if you want. It's on a remote server that runs nonstop, so you don't have to worry that it won't send, if your computer is off.
