1) Standing desk; optional treadmill desk or ergonomic standing mat

2) Split / ergonomic keyboard (I bet you have broad shoulders)

3) Foam roll daily; optional: after some cardio/dynamic stretching

4) CBD or Kratom for immediate relief

5) Although expensive, find a good massage therpaist

Thank you. Yeah, I need to change my computer setup I think; I've been doing standing desk for a long time but probably with the monitor too low; I'm going to get an external keyboard and get a better setup.

I never got into ergonomic keyboards, but yeah, I have broad shoulders; I had never connected the two but it makes perfect sense. Thanks for the suggestion.

My pleasure! I had whiplash a couple years back and neck pain will come up here and there.

The split keyboard was surprisely effect!! No particular brand but definitely split. Folks resell then online for half price too
