The key is in the size of the cuts. I usually try to split them in half at least cause they cook better.

Then rub them with olive or maybe avocado oil (haven't tried) and sea salt.

In the oven around 385F for maybe 20 minutes. Every oven is different. I don't know what it would be in Canadian temperature ๐Ÿ˜‚
