Homemade cheesecake is awesome. Iβve been meaning to make one for about half a year now but itβs never the right time π
My uncleβs secret for cheesecake is mix sugar with sour cream to taste and let it rest until thoroughly dissolved, then mix again until smooth. Put this on top of your finished cheesecake. It covers any cracks and brings the cheesecake to another level. You can still put fruit, etc. on top when itβs chilled.
I know the feeling, there's never time π. One day I'll give it a whirl...
My favorite cheesecake is chai spiced.
Second favorite is chocolate raspberry layer cheesecake.
