It seems that the American taxpayer has more in common with a masochist who likes getting abused by a dominatrix than he does with the people who founded this country. "Thank you sir, may I have another!" He screams as a third of his earnings are taken and thrown at an endless pit of debt that will never be paid back and a gender studies curriculum in Pakistan. Despicable.

most people don't really understand what a billion or a trillion dollars is
they assume because schools are bad that they are underfunded
or that if the state runs a deficit it's because the rich don't pay their fair share
or that public costs run 10-1000x what citizens and businesses would spend for the same or better (or any) results
there used to be nightly news stories about how the gov spent $50 million to study ketchup or whatever
average citizen has no idea how badly he’s being robbed
Tax and fiat mindset are the two things humanity needs to overcome for prosperity.
Almost all problems in the world boil down to those two. And they themselves are just external expressions of internal states that need more awareness around them.
Can I trust, that I still belong to the community when being my true authentic self?
