Fuck me….
Finally decided to start exercising a bit… after more than 7 years without stepping foot at a Gym or exercising…. Here is the max workout I could do:
3 repetitions of the following:
20 x jumping jacks
6 x push up
20 x sit up
Lasted 6 minutes 37 seconds.
It seems like a lot for me but geez it’s so little exercise 🤦♂️🫣
