Each group can define its own set of relays.
Hopefully your phone has a secure passphrase to encrypt the disk.

TL;DR With legacy DMs, anyone with your npub knows whom your messaging when.
With Nostr MLS, anyone with your nsec doesn't even know whom your messaging.
