I find myself there, but it is brutal. I stay up an extra hour to try and get one more thing done, but often feel like junk in the morning.

Yeah. It's like that. I've been tired for 20 years. Even when I have the rare chance to sleep in, I can't.

Try getting to sleep before 10pm, no LED or blur light sources at least an hour before bed.

Wake up st down and do a minute of sun gazing as it cracks over the horizon.
