I mean, I can just wing it, but I don't really know how to meditate or how it's even different from "yo, just chill out for a bit"

Closing your eyes is critical in the beginning. Be still. Feel all the ENERGY inside of you, and just be present with yourself within. At first it will feel like "nothing is happening" but you are dissolving layers of energetic "commotion", which once stilled naturally with patience and DEEP INNER AWARENESS, the deeper you go within the more you Awaken and Connect with your Universal Consciousness / Soul / Higher Self.
All higher Consciousness is found deep Within your being, and that's where you go
Doing this is also an extremely effective means to activate your LightBody, which is critical for raising your physical body's vibration and improving it's health and regenerative longevity 😊. You will feel your LightBody's energy when you UNIFY your consciousness within from all illusion of separation - you are the entire Universe Incarnate
Dr. Hax, there are hundreds of resources on meditation available…youtube meditation for beginners is one way of starting your journey. Also nostr:npub1uhl6w2hjcvvdyndzgncn0yt0pcyy5ql5ju6uhxpd6mvd9caxk34sgcxj6g offers guided meditation sessions you may want to check out.
Thanks. I know there are resources out there and I do not expect them to all be equal quality. I appreciate the specific suggestion. 🫂
from personal experience, ive read dozens of books and watched countless videos on meditation…no one way that was modeled worked for me completely. there’s a lot of trial & error and seeing what works for you. stick with it, keep an open mind & you’ll find something that jives with you. good luck!
Yup. There is no "rulebook" for meditation. The idea is utilizing stillness in order to shift your Consciousness and vibration. Meditation is fundamental for raising your Consciousness (we are Universal Beings) and greatly activates your LightBody.
I learned from a 10 day Vipassana course and have found that it works for me. It is an intensive course but well worth it if you put the effort in. I continue taking courses, self-practice and reading. Just finished a 20 day course and hoping to sit 30 days next year. More info at https://www.dhamma.org/en-US/index or you can read the Art of Living by William Hart to get an idea of what to expect during a10 day course - free pdf download available here: https://store.pariyatti.org/art-of-living-all-languages-pdf-ebooks-vipassana
